Now 17, Tucker Jameson has, for the last four years, embarked on a musical journey that has led to his first full length CD, Roses ‘Cross the Sky (produced by Vic Steffens and recorded at Horizon Studios in West Haven, CT.) now available from HMG Recordings.

Tucker’s songs are lyrically and structurally wise beyond his years. His ballads and rockers touch on romance and love with traces of humor and sarcasm. His melodies and lyrics portray the joys and heartbreak of romantic relationships which all of us have experienced in our lives. He offers keen observations and social commentary as seen through his perceptive teenage eyes. His clever phrasing and lyrics convey an intelligence and maturity reminiscent of many established songwriters.

His pop and rock stylings are showcased throughout the 13 song CD. From the title track to songs like “Never Grow Old” and “Smile On My Mind,” his musical influences shine through. From legends like Bob Dylan and The Beatles to newer rockers like
John Mayer and Jack Johnson, Tucker embraces the best of the genre and shows his appreciation for musical history as well as the present day.

He has performed at many clubs and outdoor fairs both with a full band and solo with his guitar. Tucker sings with the high school choir and chamber group. He has participated in two programs at the Berklee College of Music in Boston and won the Songwriters’ Contest at the summer performance program of 2006. Tucker Jameson is poised to follow his musical vision. His passion and commitment to his music will serve as the catalyst to a highly successful career.
